I made an Appointment 6 days earlier. On the day of the appointment the service writer stated they may not be able to look at it for 24 to 48 hours. Then what good is the appointment. More than 48 hours had passed and I had to call to find out info on my jeep. An hour passed when he got back with me to say they had to order a part. I brought my jeep on a Tuesday and didn't get it back until Saturday. I expected better service. More
