Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They also washed the car, too. Overall things are fine here, except when my car was done, they parked it out front and my Service Rep took a break. So, I looked around the Service Advisor's desk, found my keys, and picked them up to walk out. Well *that* got the manager's attention.... All of a sudden there was my Service Advisor!
