Today I had an appointment for a Nissan Armada. When I get there early there is a family in the car I was wanting to purchase. I ask our saleswoman what’s going on and she said oh it’s nothing. So When I get there early there is a family in the car I was wanting to purchase. I ask our saleswoman what’s going on and she said oh it’s nothing. So I go on the test drive and like the car. We go and fill out all of the paperwork. An hour and a half later, another salesman comes and grabs the keys off of the desk of our saleswoman and I ask her “what just happened?” She says “let me go find out”. She comes back after 20 minutes and says “we’re good”. Well we sit for another 2 1/2 hours and the manager comes up and says that the other family that was there first also got put into financing at the same time as us just through different paths. They strung us along all night and used us as a backup in case the first family fell through. Also, I have perfect credit and they ran my credit so now I have a blemish on my score. This is not how you treat people!!! More
