Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. I purchased warranty on my tires and when I went to get one of my tires replaced due to unsafe circumstances. I was told the tires have to be semi ne I purchased warranty on my tires and when I went to get one of my tires replaced due to unsafe circumstances. I was told the tires have to be semi new to warranty it. What the heck is the point of paying warranty that does absolutely nothing? This place is thrash and I would never purchase nor recommend to anyone. More

I scheduled an appointment two weeks out to have an issue diagnosed. I arranged to work from home on the day of my appointment and took it in at the correct time. They took my car back and then came out 5 diagnosed. I arranged to work from home on the day of my appointment and took it in at the correct time. They took my car back and then came out 5 minutes later to tell me they had gotten slammed and wouldn’t be able to get to it that day. No apologies, no offer to reschedule, just pulled my car around and I left. Will not go back for anything. More

I bought 6 spark plugs. One was cracked out of the box, so i went to return it at the Katy dodge location. I was told that it may not be warrantied. The girl went to check and came back stating they would cover the plug under warranty, but they had to keep the box and I had to provide my VIN number and mileage. I told her that was xx for just a return of a spark plug. Then the other parts guy started mocking me, but said he was just messing with her. unprofessional in the way he conducts business in the parts department. More
