I took my 370z in for an oil change after having to wait three weeks due to scheduling. I knew it was going to be a wait because they had to get the oil from Nissan to due this service. The guy that helped me told me it would be a wait and i already knew that and was prepared. I went outside and waited for someone to help get me booked like he asked. After 15 min of waiting and seeing others helped, I stopped a guy walking by and asked for assistance, he walked straight over to the gentleman that originally assisted me and appeared to be upset or bothered. This oil change took 4 hours. I had an appointment that was at 10:00 am and I figured I would be done by 12:00 but it was a little after 2:00pm. I felt like because I had a vehicle other than a jeep or ram that they did not really have time for me. I used this dealer in the past when I did have Ram's and my jeep and was very pleased with the dealer which is why I choose this dealer over any of the other AutoNation dealers on the same stretch of freeway.
