Our experience with Kobie was one of compassion and listening to the needs/wants of the customer. Then the honest reality of what we wanted vs what we wanted to pay for it, but it didn't end there, Ko listening to the needs/wants of the customer. Then the honest reality of what we wanted vs what we wanted to pay for it, but it didn't end there, Kobie worked hard to find a win-win for us and to get us the Jeep that we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. It is not often that a sales person would go the extra mile to find a win-win it is usually a win for the dealer and well if the customer wins the ok but not in this case. I would recommend Kobie to any one for finding and getting a vehicle that is what you need/want and make it happen across the sales process. More

My buying experience here was golden however, due to the fact that I got the warranty I use the service side as well. that is where my grievance lies. When I took my vehicle in for service and a few issues fact that I got the warranty I use the service side as well. that is where my grievance lies. When I took my vehicle in for service and a few issues that I was having with my vehicle, they told me that it would take longer than ideal. That wasn't a huge issue, but once I got the vehicle back they had to jump start it and every issue that I had with the vehicle still remained. I am still waiting on my appointment to get my vehicle back in so that I can get this issue resolved. Again I'll reiterate, the purchasing process for me was nothing short of amazing but the service side needs a more structured system. More
