Nice people, but poor service and very poor results. I took my car here to have the transmission repaired under warranty, they promised several times that once parts were available it would be a week o I took my car here to have the transmission repaired under warranty, they promised several times that once parts were available it would be a week or two, and that they had done this work before. after four months of chasing and my transmission still in pieces on their workshop floor their tech said they don’t really do these jobs. Turns out they should have never taken on the work and are still “Trying” To repair the transmission piece by piece with no ETA, order individual parts as they find them needing to be replaced . At this stage it looks like my car may spend half a year in there shop without moving! If you want anything beyond a simple service or minor repairs done suggest you look elsewhere as they are not honest about their competency for complex work and unable to deliver on promised deadlines. Have been coming to this Dealership since they opened their doors for business and will continue to do so. (For both New Purchases and Service). Two weeks to get an appointment for maintenance. Showed up early for the appointment and was told the Jeep had to be left for a diagnostic and it would take up to 3 days. Did not hear from the did not hear from the technician after 3 days, therefore I contacted the service department. Service representative stated the Jeep had not seen the technician yet. I contacted service manager two times with no response. Contacted the the general service manager, no return phone call. After a complete week of having my vehicle in the service department, I get a call from the service representative that they located the problem and now they do not have the part and had to order it which will take up two to three days. It took two business weeks to get my Jeep returned. . More
3 hours to purchase a new vehicle and trade in a old one, plus 1 hour for them to attempt to sell me something I didn't want or need. Total of 4 hours at the dealership. It was fun saying "NO" over and over plus 1 hour for them to attempt to sell me something I didn't want or need. Total of 4 hours at the dealership. It was fun saying "NO" over and over again for 50 minutes. Would I purchase from these guys again, sure I would. They didn't know they only had 10 minutes to give me the paperwork and keys. I was ready to leave at the 4 hour mark. Guess they got lucky. I enjoyed the experience. Please don't call me about this review either. I think this review is a really good one! More

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Made a appointment, told me it would take 45 to a hr due to fixing a tailgate problem on my ram 1500. Said that’s fine. I asked why and then she said wait a minute my tablet is wrong it will be $89. I said that’s fine and waited patiently. 3 hrs !!! Go by and I was out of patience went into area where I asked what is taking so long for oil change. Was told they will find out. Came back apologizing for wait and did not have a answer why. Never coming back. This place sucks. More
