The sales associate, Eric, was a pleasure to work with, making the buying transaction easy and smooth. However, we were very disappointed with the Dealership itself. We purchased the car on a Saturday night and were supposed to receive it on Monday. The car was in their loaner fleet and needed to be retrieved by the dealership from the person who was using it at the time. They retrieved the car on Monday as expected, and we were told it would be detailed, cleaned, and delivered on Monday evening. We received a call late Monday and were told the car could not be delivered Monday as expected due to the time it took to detail the vehicle, and the vehicle was not released from the detailing until late. The vehicle was delivered Tuesday around noon, and when we looked over the car that Eric had driven to us, the car was not detailed at all. There was a pair of dirty used socks in the trunk, along with other debris and small trash; there was food stuck to the back seat in multiple spots from what appeared to be from a kid in a car seat; the back seats, floorboards and some of the front seats were covered in glitter, the engine compartment appeared to have not even been looked at, and very very dirty, the fluids, like windshield wiper fluid, was half full. They were told they could not clean the engine compartment due to wiring, but every rental car somehow seemed clean, as expected when renting a car. We purchased a new car and got a new car that looked like a dirty, used car. We have given the dealership over a week to see if they could provide details on the car after the fact, but there has been no offer to make this right. I have rented many cars through a car rental company, and I have never had a rental car look as bad as this brand-new one. We would not be disappointed if we were told the car would be delivered in that condition. But we were told it was detailed, and we anticipated it, and it could not be delivered on Monday because it was being detailed, which didn’t happen. I'm disappointed in the dealership, as there was no serious attempt to correct the issue. We would recommend Eric but have serious reservations about recommending the dealership. Sometimes, the little thing counts, which I feel the dealership lacks understanding or caring for. Once the sale was made, the need to worry about the client stopped. Multiple attempts have asked for this review, and I told them I was holding on to this review until there was a resolution to our concerns; there has been no resolution after about a week, no communication from any management or leadership, and this is my review. AVOID AT ALL COST. This was the absolute worst vehicle repair experience I have ever had in my life. My vehicle was dropped off for service on Thursday 2/8. I incurred ~$2,000 in rental expenses waiting for my vehicle. There were ridiculous delays with the tech, the car sat 6 days before they even looked at it. Then after looking at it there was additional wait time for servicing. The lack of proactive communication, I had to follow up to get updates quite often. And when my assigned associate was out according to them no one else in the shop can give an update. And if the originally assigned tech got behind, the vehicle couldn’t be assigned to another tech. It felt like they honestly have a full call center staff of representatives and a 1/3 of that in technicians meaning the ability to work on your vehicle is extremely limited. It was horrific. The experience was so bad I refused to buy my oldest son the Jeep Cherokee he wanted. In fact, I told all my family to NEVER EVER BUY A JEEP. I was considering buying the Jeep Wagoneer as our family's next vehicle and have since decided to go with an Infiniti. I called and spoke the services manager...she was no help at all. Now that I have my vehicle I want my experience to be shared on social media. I will never service or patron AutoNation again, I recommend you drive further to support another Jeep dealership. The worst part about all of this is that throughout the entire process there was always a feeling of zero empathy, no urgency, a lack of proactive engagement. It always felt like “man, I would be furious if I were you but oh well sucks for you.” Nobody cared one ounce that I had to call and text them proactively 7-10 times a week to get any traction. I had to go up there personally over and over again. Please please do not patron this dealership you will regret it. More

We have not been able to get plates for our new 1500 and the plates are now expired. My wife went to the dealership and they claim to still not have the plates. As of now after four phone calls we still can the plates are now expired. My wife went to the dealership and they claim to still not have the plates. As of now after four phone calls we still cannot get another tempoarary set of plates let alone the actual plates. The sales process with this dealership was fine. They pushed my wife harder than they shoudl to buy an extended warranty not understanding we are cash buyers and not the typical warranty purchaser. No should be good enough. IF we ever get plates for this truck I will update my review to be more positive. Cameron Wright my salesperson is aware of this. I would have though he would have taken care of this after emailing and calling me four times to give him a perfect review at year end so he could get his bonus. I did him a solid but so far he hasn't returned the favor. More
