This dealership not only sold me a jeep that was a lemon but upon trying trading it in had me jump through hoops on a car that “was sold” to me. Mind you this car I didn’t even ask for. They ran my info and “approved” me with out consenting with me about the car. I sent multiple cars to see if I could be approved and not one was tried. I get all the paperwork done for the car they choose and the dealership tells me someone else is in the back signing paperwork and bought the car. They failed to honor anything and tried to put me in a jeep when I specifically stated to don’t put me in another jeep after them selling the car from under me. I will NEVER do business with them again and will not send anyone to them. More

My experience at the Auto Nation Jeep Dealership in Katy, Tx was painful. I was seeking a Texas Trail edition Jeep Gladiator. I went to an Auto Nation dealer close to my residence but they had no Texas Trail Tx was painful. I was seeking a Texas Trail edition Jeep Gladiator. I went to an Auto Nation dealer close to my residence but they had no Texas Trail Gladiators on their lot. I had an outstanding young man as a sales associate, he found the one at the Katy location, worked up the price, but the Katy dealership would not release the truck to him. The sales rep advised me several days later I should buy it before the end of month because good rebates would expire. I traveled over an hour to get to the Katy dealership, and they offered the truck to me for $10,000 more than the price the other dealer was going to sell it to me for. I was at the Katy dealership for 4 &1/2 hours before they got closer to the original, fair price of the truck. Darian was a nice young man, and the sales manager Diego did a very nice job delivering the vehicle the following day when I traveled back to pick it up. The issue I think was with the Finace Manager who I feel was the cause of the problems. I can not give a positive review of the Auto Nation Katy location based on my experience. More
Last trip to this dealership. I asked for a couple of issues to be checked under warranty, an oil change with multi-point vehicle inspection and a state inspection. I had a coupon I asked for a couple of issues to be checked under warranty, an oil change with multi-point vehicle inspection and a state inspection. I had a coupon mailed to me by Mopar stating Synthetic oil change(5 qts) and the multi point inspection for $59.95. They found no issues with what I asked to be checked, which is ok. They did not perform the state inspection, so now I get to make another trip somewhere else to have this performed. My wife picked up the vehicle and when she handed me the receipt the oil change/multi point inspection was charged at $119.07 plus $24.95 to rotate my tires. Service writer told wife he put a 10% discount on oil change and multi point inspection. Original service writer promised he'd be in touch with me on Thursday (I dropped the vehicle off on a Monday). Friday I called to check status (getting hold of someone there was another experience). Writer was off but the man I spoke with said he'd check and get back with me. He did, told me the vehicle was ready. Why does dealership not honor coupon sent to me by Mopar? Terrible communication from writer. I spent over 2 hours trying to get to talk to anyone in service dept. Very disappointing. I'll drive an extra 10-12 miles to a different Chrysler dealership in the future. When vehicle was parked waiting for pickup, whoever put it there run the rear bumper up on a curb. Wife said she could hear scraping as she pulled away. I haven't had the chance to cralw down there to inspect. Being handicapped that is difficult for me. More
