I’ve already tried to call your general manager. He was conveniently out of the office. I have the Jeep at a trusted mechanic now. You guys missed almost $5000 worth of repairs in your “rigorous inspection process”. My son will be driving this soon and that is just to get it safe for him to drive. I wasn’t expecting a perfect vehicle, but the lies about the warranty are enough for me to walk away from any future purchases from any Autonation dealers. We average a new vehicle purchase every 2 years, so your loss. Even if you had previous positive experiences, don’t trust anyone……Lesson learned.

After my initial review, I took it up with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), only to find out AutoNation isn’t even accredited and has a dismal 1.6-star rating. They didn’t bother to respond to my complaint, proving they don’t care about their customers. I also called AutoNation’s corporate headquarters twice, and both times I was promised a callback within 48 hours. No one ever got back to me. Instead, I got a dismissive call from the store’s General Manager, who didn’t address any of my concerns. This AutoNation’s complete disregard for customer service and their awful BBB rating show they’re not interested in fixing their shady practices. Their lack of follow-through speaks volumes about how little they value their customers.
