After purchasing my vehicle and taking it home, I noticed that the front door locks were not working. I called my sales person and left a message at noon on the next day (Tuesday). At 3pm I had not heard b that the front door locks were not working. I called my sales person and left a message at noon on the next day (Tuesday). At 3pm I had not heard back so I called the used car sales manager and left a message. At 4pm I had not heard back so I left another message for the manager. It is now Saturday and neither one of the two have returned my call after leaving 3 messages. I am extremely disappointed with them ghosting me after taking my money. Based on this experience I will never shop at an AutoNation dealership again and will be sure to tell anyone that will listen what my experience has been like. More

Cars on sale are makeup just to allow cars run for a week then you have to pay for a diagnostic and they will tell you is not under warranty, so you have to pay out of your pocket. Cabin filter the same, lots of dry leaves and dead bugs inside the filter! Wiper blades dry and not doing a good job! Sent email to them explaining the problems, but of course, no response. Those are simple things that cost nothing to the dealer to replace, but the thing is all about making more money on the customer! Really disappointed on how they treated me not answering my email. This car will be changed pretty soon, and I was hoping to do business with them again, no more! So if you deal with those guys, check all those things before you buy a car there, because they WILL rip you off! All those things make me think, did they change my oil??
