Service Advisor Kevin communicated well via text and phone. He advised as to the issues with the car. The catalytic converter had a recall and I noticed it on documents when asked about it I was told phone. He advised as to the issues with the car. The catalytic converter had a recall and I noticed it on documents when asked about it I was told that it was replaced however throughout the process it was never mentioned, but it was fine because it was taken care of. I will return for additional service repairs. More

Miss Kennedy is great. Always helpful. I don’t like paying for shop fees. Never paid them before and fees for old oil. Should be included. You have a service that picks up Always helpful. You have a service that picks up the used oil and it does not cost as much as the dealership is paying for that service based on all the oil changes you do. More
