I had an issue on the professionalism of there service advisor Melissa. I tried reaching out to the General Manager Mr. Pyke by email and never received a response back. Once I returned to pick up I asked for his business and not one of the two people that I asked couldn't find one throughout the whole building, so his number was written down for me. I called and texted him from my cell phone and he did not answered, so I asked to use a phone at the front desk and it went straight to voice-mail- meaning he has his own job BLOCKED. I laughed and said no wonder Melissa makes up her own policies because Mr. Pyke isn't around taking control of the building. I would love to get paid his salary. More

I purchased a used 2018 ram 2500 from this dealership that had a “90 day warranty” that will replace ANYTHING that goes wrong with it and a loaner will be provided. Or so they said. Within that 90 days they willingly gave us a loaner when the TPMS had to be replaced. However when the transmission had to be replaced, still long before the 90 day warranty was up, they said it’s not their responsibility to replace it and they are not entitled to give us a loaner. Scummy dealership and I will never go back. Karma will get ahold of them. More
