Technologically advanced service and easy to schedule appointments. Appointments can get a bit long for service as simple as an oil change as they apparently have one person who does it and they can get appointments. Probably as good or better than any dealer service can be expected to perform. It was a bit confusing when I pulled in as vehicles were blocking both of the "wheel scanners" with no one in them. I sat there for 10 minutes with employees going in and out but none took a moment to tell me what to do or take my keys. Eventually I went inside & Robin was at her kiosk and took the keys. Would've been nice if there was an instructive sign or person willing to assist as I sat there waiting to pull through More

I had to keep calling for an update on my vehicle. There were no loaner cars available. They did an oil change on my vehicle and I was not aware of it. Too much of a runaround to purchase my truck. I hate playing games and they did that with my purchase. They also told me they would only get a certain price for my trade in and shocker they liste I hate playing games and they did that with my purchase.
