Only negative was the $500 deposit required to move vehicle from another location during negotiation (but I hadn’t set foot on the property) was not mentioned until I was on my way to see the vehicle that hadn’t been brought over yet! When we arrived there was an almost exact model on lot (different exterior color) to drive/look at features. This was sufficient for me and the deposit was then waived. I had another appt to go to so the move was done while I went to that appt. Afterward the vehicle was at the dealership, in service for detail while we did paperwork. Time at dealership was approx 2.5hrs shortest of any vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. More

Very unprofessional, incompetent, unqualified, disrespectful, total garbage service and parts department including the managers. I went in for a minor repair and they kept my truck for 2 months an disrespectful, total garbage service and parts department including the managers. I went in for a minor repair and they kept my truck for 2 months and didn’t provided me with a loaner which I had to paid 4k for a rental in addition they destroyed my truck multiple interior and exterior damages of the amount of 8k which I had to pay out of pocket in order to get it repaired. Staff was notified and refused to take action to resolve the issues and when I escalated the concerns to the general manager I was told it was too late which I told him I had every evidence to prove it which he still try to get out of it by telling me other bs. I even experienced the parts manager wanting to put his hands on me which was all on video in addition the service manager is never there he is always on vacation ( must be nice ) at least that’s what the service advisor told me every time I ask to speak to him which was multiple times after all they did have my truck for 2 months. I was and still am in disbelief on how they can destroy someone’s brand new very expensive vehicle and treat customers like dog sh?? And blame everything that happened to me per parts department manager. Please don’t do business here and if so record everything from the time you drop off your vehicle to pick up and have an attorney on standby because you will need one. Also beware with stellantis which is the owner of multiple manufacturers including ram this people are also major trash keep records of everything including middle of the night drunk harassment calls from stellantis case supervisors, my was Brenda just In case you come across to her which I really hope she is long terminated by now. I hate to say that but we as consumers do not deserve to be treated like total trash and lie after lie. thanks and just remember to keep records and an attorney on standby. More

Don't trust their claimed inspections on used vehicles. That makes me doubt they inspected the vehicle at all. Additionally, the customer service is severely lacking. The Jeep we purchased had only one key and we wanted to purchase a second. They had the key to purchase but there was no one available to program it since it was after hours. Our salesman said he would get us set up with a new key the next day and the person would come to us to program it. The next day came and went with no contact from the sales person. I contacted him directly via email and he said he had not contacted the key person yet and he would try again the next day. It has been over a week since then and we have not heard back from him. We went ahead and purchased the key from another dealership. We will not be back to this one. More
