The service agent didn't take the time to review everything that was done to my vehicle. I didn't get the multi-point inspection. I had to request ut and the agent stated that everything was in the everything that was done to my vehicle. I didn't get the multi-point inspection. From the moment I spoke to Lesa at AutoNation I was sure my truck would be taken care of like I wanted. Juan Reyna checked to see about part availability and delivered the truck back to me at the time promi my truck would be taken care of like I wanted. I got a $220 car wash after bringing in for a recall on passenger airbag. Had an airbag light on (obviously figured it was part of the recall issue) and was told it was my driver side airbag malfunction passenger airbag. Had an airbag light on (obviously figured it was part of the recall issue) and was told it was my driver side airbag malfunctioning. This was not part of the recall. The service manager stuck an iPad under the steering wheel for $189 to find this out. Was told the part was $1300 and labor $475. (30 minute job). Decided to take it somewhere else where they did a free check and found out it was my driver side seat sensor causing the problem. $16 part I can order on line and replace myself. Get a second prognosis somewhere else if it looks fishy. Or, don’t take your vehicle there at all. I sure won’t! Oh, and another $30 for shop costs. But, they did wash my Jeep. More
