This in the second time for me to have my new Jeep serviced at this location. The location is clean. The service advisors are not friendly. When i arrived both times, there 3-4 advisors in the Serv serviced at this location. The location is clean. The service advisors are not friendly. When i arrived both times, there 3-4 advisors in the Service check in area. None of them spoke or asked what I was doing there. This time, I walked in, stood there for a moment & none of the advisors spoke or asked to help. None of them were helping anyone else either in person or on the phone. I finally said I have an 8:00 appointment & a female advisors asked if I was someone else by name. I said no & stated my name. Again she asked if I was the same name & I said NO & stated my name again & she finally looked in her computer & told me my advisors name & to go to the other end for help. That advisor wasn't there but showed up shortly. Again the other 2 advisors didn't look up from their cellphones. My advisor was not really friendly but he was efficient. Now I will say the oil change only took 45 minutes. When the advisor told me my Jeep was ready, then he was friendly. As he mentioned I 'may" get a service survey & he asks that I give him 5 stars. I can give the whole experience about 3.5 stars but that is all. Maybe your advisors aren't happy with Auto Nation but they sure are not customer friendly More
I was disappointed because I went to have an oil change and my tires rotated. I also went ahead and added the gas cleaner. I was also supposed to have a complimentary car wash and after 2 half hours later and my tires rotated. I also went ahead and added the gas cleaner. I was also supposed to have a complimentary car wash and after 2 half hours later I’m told there would not be a car wash but that’s Not why my rating of poor. The reason I’m rating this is because they brought my vehicle with the hood still slightly up and I was never asked for my tire lock which now makes me think if they even did all the work that I paid for. My tires were probably not even rotated . Very unsatisfied and will not be returning to this location. More

Service advisor was not customer service friendly compared to her counterparts. No thank you or follow up on vehicle while I was sitting in waiting room. No acknowledgement of any sorts after initial compared to her counterparts. No thank you or follow up on vehicle while I was sitting in waiting room. No acknowledgement of any sorts after initial check in even after several eye to eye moments. I got my vehicle back it was fingerprints and splashes of oil on hood, fender and grille. Inside sterling wheel had smudge prints. I'm not even certain my oil filter was actually changed due to dirty condition of it afterwards. This is normally not the quality of service I receive from this dealership. I even left the service manager a message and have yet to get a response...very disappointing More
