Then the very next day the check engine light came on. We brought it in and a plug was switched. The next day it came back on we took it back in, was told it was the same problem and to bring it back on 11/14, so they could give us a loaner. The right side cylinder head was replaced, didn’t even get off the lot and light came back on, turned around and brought it back. Was told a week later that it was just a sensor, that the vehicle has been driven over 60 miles and the check engine light didn’t come on and no issues. We go and pick it up, light came back on again before we got off the lot. Kept it since we were told it was just a sensor and should be fine. Not even a week later car breaks down on me in the middle of a busy street. We get it towed out there, was told that we would be reimbursed for towing, we were not. Engine replaced, picked car up. 4 days later the car doesn’t start. Again having to get it towed back out there. All the missing work to bring it and pick it up. The point is we have had the jeep 3 weeks since we bought it in October and we’re stuck paying on a vehicle that we’re not even driving. Not to mention they’re billing my warranty company for all of this. More

The vehicle was not cleaned at all only vacuumed. Next day I found a lot of dirt and children's crayons stuck to the back armrests. This vehicle was not properly inspected for cleanliness. Salesman was not able to be there so deal was passed to another and that particular salesman was not knowledgeable on the vehicle at all. The vehicle also had issues that I had to resolve myself once I purchased and took delivery of it days later. The vehicle also took a day to bring over from another location. And it seems like it was rushed to get it out the door to me that in my opinion left the vehicle in poor standards for cleanliness and inspection as it was low on one of the tire pressures and I had to inflate them myself once I got it home. I will not be buying from AutoNation ever again. More
