I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, namely Mr. Kevin Herdricks my Service Advisor. Service was a little slow due to a large volume of patrons, but due to the sta knowledge of the staff, namely Mr. Kevin Herdricks my Service Advisor. Service was a little slow due to a large volume of patrons, but due to the staff’s friendly and pleasant attitude it was a rather enjoyable experience. I will also like to add I didn’t fill pressured to buy anything additional, and everyone had a very pleasant demeanor, as if they enjoyed their jobs/careers; and that goes along way. Incredible service! I was visiting Houston when a problem arose on my new 4XE. If it couldn't be fixed quickly I would have been seriously stuck. They jumped on it, quic I was visiting Houston when a problem arose on my new 4XE. If it couldn't be fixed quickly I would have been seriously stuck. They jumped on it, quickly and correctly identified the issue, got new parts installed, and got me back on my way all in a few hours. They even washed my Jeep and got me caught up on some recalls that I was having trouble scheduling back home. Thanks!! More
