Was able to schedule an oil change and inspection at a time that was convenient for me. Although I did not use the shuttle service this time, I highly encourage others to use this service, if needed. The driver is super friendly and gets you to your destination safely. Exceeded my expectations. Had significant maintenance issue with my Pacifica on the way out of town with a loaded van. Within an hour, Shane had a rental van (Pacifica) arri Had significant maintenance issue with my Pacifica on the way out of town with a loaded van. Within an hour, Shane had a rental van (Pacifica) arrive at dealership and several dealership personnel helped us load the rental vehicle from our personal van. While on our trip, Shane called us with up dates and upon our return several days later our car was ready to go. He also arranged for rental car to be picked up at dealership. In all my experience with dealerships----including BMW-----this was the best I have been treated!!!! Would rate these folks and Shane a 6 out of 5. More
