Provides service beyond expectations. I've moved around the local area, and had decent service at Beaufort, and terrible, slow, non-communicative service in Savannah. Jeep had my brand new Jeep Wrangler (got it in June 2021) from November 12 and needed a part. The part finally came in 6 weeks later. Took the car home and turned around 3 miles later with it in worse cond from November 12 and needed a part. The part finally came in 6 weeks later. Took the car home and turned around 3 miles later with it in worse condition than when I brought it in. Picked it up on Friday and returned it right back and now it is Tuesday and no response from the service department as to what is wrong. I have tried calling multiple times and no answer from the service department. Also, told them I needed a 4-wheel vehicle to take to the mountains for Christmas but no real help there either - from them or their rental agency (Hertz). They don't even seem to want to help. They have had my Jeep now for nearly 7 weeks and it is no closer to being fixed. Between Jeep and Hertz their rental company, no one seems to want to go above and beyond to make things right. I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership or Autonation unless they can step it up. More

Shiloh all started with Harry Jones. He spent 6 or 7 hours showing me how the Chrysler Pacifica works. Janet Bedell was my first service consultant. Shiloh Rudd is always very helpful. Justin Ring the service manager is always available to help. When I made my first visit to the new management team, Scott the general manager introduced himself. He let me know that he was available if needed. All of the folks mentioned deserve five stars. More
