This is the second experience I have had since AutoNation took over from Peacock Chrysler. Shiloh greeted me and directed me to Chris for my oil change. On my way to the waiting area I saw Scott the general took over from Peacock Chrysler. Shiloh greeted me and directed me to Chris for my oil change. On my way to the waiting area I saw Scott the general manager and thanked him for the quick and efficient service his staff gave me. I got there at 8:00 and Chris brought me my paperwork a few minutes before 9:00. I have been getting oil changes for three years and never got one done so fast. The service keeps getting better. More

My Jeep was in the dealership for the third battery (counting the original) in less than six years. The first replacement was done under warranty. The warranty replacement battery was not warranted at (counting the original) in less than six years. The first replacement was done under warranty. The warranty replacement battery was not warranted at all, surviving less than three years. I was charged full price for this second replacement (same Mopar battery) which they said would be warranted for three years. The dealership has changed hands three time sine I've lived in the area and they appear to be inconsistent in treating warranty transactions. More
Kim is an absolute superstar! We were driving down to Hilton Head from Pennsylvania when half way through our tailgate fell open due to a defective latch that has been recalled by We were driving down to Hilton Head from Pennsylvania when half way through our tailgate fell open due to a defective latch that has been recalled by RAM. This was very concerning to us because all of our luggage was in the bed of the truck. The tailgate would stay closed but if we hit a bump or a rough patch it would become unlatched and fall open again. As we got close to Hilton Head we called AutoNation and explained the issue to Kim. She told us that although they were booked out, this was an easy fix and that she could squeeze us in. The minute that we arrived in Hilton Head we went straight to AutoNation where we were greeted by Kim and her lovely, positive attitude. She checked us in and took our keys. Within half an hour Kim returned to let us know that the issue was fixed. She explained what the issue was and how the recall was repaired and assured us that we would be good to go. Needless to say, we were able to enjoy our trip stress free. We drove all over Hilton Head, down to Savannah, and was able to visit Parris Island, where I went to bootcamp 25 years ago. Our 12 hour drive home was as smooth as can be. As business owners we really appreciate the level of customer service that Kim portrays and AutoNation is lucky to have someone like her.
