Didn’t expect us despite appt so had to leave the car for 2 1/2 days. Brought it in for noise in AC. Replaced hvac fan which is noisier than the original fan (which was obviously fine) and wasn’t the problem 2 1/2 days. Brought it in for noise in AC. Taking in consideration the difficult times we are living in with trying to find qualified help the lack of customer service was very disappointing. None of the seats or mirrors appeared to be adjusted by the service dept. so I didn't have to spend time re-adjusting. A very positive experience.
