I drive past 2 other jeep dealerships/services to get to the Hilton Head location. I have been there for routine service once and just last week for an issue with my 2019 jeep. I’m so glad that I drove the the Hilton Head location. I have been there for routine service once and just last week for an issue with my 2019 jeep. I’m so glad that I drove the extra distance. The waiting area is clean and bright. The food counter makes great breakfasts and lunch, making the wait for your car much easier (and delicious). Shane was my service representative, and he kept me informed about my car each step of the way. A software update was causing many issues with my car, and Shane went above and beyond to get the service covered by Jeep. I will be a loyal customer for life at this Auto Nation location More

Dropped my vehicle off at 10 am to diagnose check engine light. Vehicle driving fine. Heard nothing for 6 hours! Finally was told someone had just looked at it and needed minor emissions part. I went to pic light. Vehicle driving fine. Heard nothing for 6 hours! Finally was told someone had just looked at it and needed minor emissions part. I went to pick up 20 minutes later and repair is done and cost $550. Vehicle filthy inside and out. Won’t be getting service here again. More
Shane opened the service department early, seven o'clock, and checked me in. Kim had my car fixed and I was on my way by 8:45. Since moving to South Carolina 3 years ago, I have exclusively used this dealership for all maintenance on my Wrangler(s) I am very pleased with the quality of work by the service department as well a exclusively used this dealership for all maintenance on my Wrangler(s) I am very pleased with the quality of work by the service department as well as the up-front interface with the service consultant, Kim Dennison. She understands what I need to have done and makes excellent recommendations on the work that is required while continuously keeping me informed of the progress. Well done!
