I read reviews on Yelp and AutoNation Jeep and they were not very good. I think Jeep owners are a bit picky. My experience was better than expected. I was getting a TSB addressed and from the first time not very good. I think Jeep owners are a bit picky. My experience was better than expected. I was getting a TSB addressed and from the first time I stopped in to enquire about getting the work done to dropping off my Jeep on the schedule day for the repair, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Right now my Jeep is my only vehicle and they gave me a ride home and came to pick me up when the work was completed. And the work was done perfectly. I recommend the Service department and will be back when I need service. Just wish I could remember the names of the two guys that helped me. They were great. More

I called and he got me scheduled immediately and they fixed my jeep (thank you to the tech too!), had it back to me and Shane was the absolute best.
