I have been going there for service six years now after purchasing my Jeep from them. Everyone is super nice. I do want to give a kudos to Chris. He is THE BEST. I went for an oil and filter change and the people were friendly, but I couldn't understand why they tried told me to have the spark plugs changed soon when my vehicle only has 15k miles and the owner's ma friendly, but I couldn't understand why they tried told me to have the spark plugs changed soon when my vehicle only has 15k miles and the owner's manual says change at 100k miles. I also had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the oil change even though I had a morning appointment. I have had my vehicle for less than 2 years and was recently told by a friend riding in the back seat that the window switch for the left rear window was missing. I had not noticed this since I rarely have back seat passengers. My opinion is that it was missing when we bought the vehicle so I asked about having it replaced under warranty but was told warranty would not cover it. I ended up having to buy the switch assembly and replacing it myself. My antenna was removed I'm assuming to run the vehicle through the car wash but it was not reinstalled. I found it in the passenger seat. This was my second visit for an oil change since buying the vehicle and the first one was great. This second one not so much. More

It was a pleasant first experience having my new Jeep serviced. Very friendly and Sarah answered all my questions. Starter went on my Jeep while we were in Hilton Head SC with 4 other couples. We had to stay behind while the others headed to Fla without us. Shane got us in & out as soon as he possibly could. He was courteous & did everything he could to help us out. Best thing was there was a cafe in the dealership so we were able to eat while we waited!! I was very upset that this happened while on vacation but entire experience was great which made things less stressful. More
I am surprised this dealership asked me to leave a review since it took them five months to finally fix my vehicle! I took my 2008 Hardtop Convertible Sebring into the dealer in October 2022 because my top w since it took them five months to finally fix my vehicle! I took my 2008 Hardtop Convertible Sebring into the dealer in October 2022 because my top would not complete the down cycle so that it could then be closed. After a week and me authorizing 3 additional hours of diagnostics, I was told a piece was got caught in the roof motor and I was quoted $1652 out the door to fix it. Four months later, I'm still "waiting on parts", Doug is gone and I'm now working with Justin. He says the motor they put in is faulty and they send it out to be rebuilt. Bottom line: Five months for the repair, I get the car back with engine warning lights now on, an extra $100 charge and something loose and rattling in the trunk area. Not this dealership's finest moment. The should be embarrassed with the exorbitant time and shoddy service they provided. More
