Felt like a 1000. 00 to repair leaky valve covers was too much. Cost to have done else where was under 500.00. Service rep. Was condescending- reprimanding me several times for waiting two months prior to scheduling service recommended in October. I had taken my vehicle to City Auto Plaza routinely in the past. I knew they charged a little more than others, but it was worth it. They were friendly, reliable, and bill was only slightly higher than average. The new rep. Seemed to be stressing the point “we are Auto Nation Now.” So my impression is that I can expect more of the same service just received. More

I had to have my 2014 Dodge repaired at the body shop and the service department. I am over the moon happy with Ashley; Scott; Brandon! They were amazing at keeping me updated at every step. Overall I usually like this dealership but my last experience was very disappointing. While my vehicle was with City Auto waiting on parts it was broken into, rear window smashed and ransacked steali experience was very disappointing. While my vehicle was with City Auto waiting on parts it was broken into, rear window smashed and ransacked stealing many items. The dealer took absolutely no responsibility and offered no help with repairs to the damage. All I asked for was reimbursement for the the repairs on the broken rear window..$600.00. I have been a good customer there purchasing my last two vehicles from them and get a majority of my service work done there. But now I am very soured on City Auto. Their lack of compassion for a good customer and to risk losing a good customer over $600 is very disappointing for a small town dealer. You can be sure I'll spread the word. Not good customer service at all. More
