I had a very pleasant experience at City this morning. I was concerned about the batteries in my Ram so I called and they said they could test them. Took the truck in; they tested the batteries and told me was concerned about the batteries in my Ram so I called and they said they could test them. Took the truck in; they tested the batteries and told me that they were good. I'm impressed that they didn't try to sell me a set of batteries anyway. They also changed the fuel filters while I was there. The tech forgot to reset the filter life meter but I called back and Jeremy, the service writer, found out how to reset the meter and told me how to do it myself. I will certainly take the truck back to City if I'm in Westcliffe and need service. More
