She is very knowledgeable and understands that time is valuable. Sales people were very friendly. If the truck I was looking at wasn't so clean and the model I had been searching for, I would'nt have paid their inflated price for the truck. Tonya was never overly assertive or condescending to us and never talked down a competitor's product while my husband and I openly discussed other manufacturers trucks that we were comparing the Dodge to. She spent a long period of time on line to sister stores in search for just the right model, color and features we were interested in on the truck. We felt she truly had our interest at heart and was pulling for US during the negotiating process over herself or the dealership. Tonya demonstrated that old fashioned mid-western work ethic which is why it did not surprise us any when she mentioned she and her husband originated in and had just moved from Chicago.
