Nice surprise My wife's 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee's "4WD Service" light went on a couple of weeks ago. With 116k miles on this wonderful vehicle, we figured this o My wife's 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee's "4WD Service" light went on a couple of weeks ago. With 116k miles on this wonderful vehicle, we figured this one had the potential to be an expensive service call. It was expensive, but the way in which Jon Earl (our service advisor) handled it made all of the difference. Sensing our dread, this young man took the time to be polite, to listen, and to assure us that he would do everything he could to get to the bottom of this issue quickly. In all aspects of our interaction with Jon, we were treated politely, the issue was explained in-depth, and in the end not only had they cleared a recall item (a nice surprise), but the final bill came in lower than quoted. At a time when old fashioned politeness and professionalism seem to be things of the past, my wife and I were nicely surprised in our interaction with Mr. Earl. I would highly recommend this dealership's service department to others seeking a good experience. More

I thought ehh I always will give ev Let’s just say’ you might think you give them a chance or try, there’s a reason they have the WORST REPUTATION!!!! I thought ehh I always will give everyone a chance. WRONG!!! They earned their most disgraceful reputation because they keep repeating the process! I am a disabled Veteran, that traded in a vehicle that was 2 years old with 8000 cash. After 6 hours I walked out blindly satisfied. I was told after I signed all paperwork, that more was needed, I had to accept on the contract the extended warranty and Gap insurance even though before I left I made sure my insurance was dropped on my trade in and my new car was covered WITH GAP INSURANCE!!! After my return to the dealership I was informed I had to keep both or my loan would not be covered, my loan was dependent on this additional warranty, if I declined the loan company would decline my loan. End of story...not a chance, fast forward 6 months. I am excited and on my way to use my VA loan for my first mortgage. I had worked hard to improve my credit after my disability, I am 100% disabled, the battle was long but I did it! I was set to close on my new home, gave notice to my landlord, this was a sure bet. NOT! After carful review of my credit I had obtain 2 late fees on a vehicle I had traded in 6 months ago, I was denied, I had no here to go, I would become homeless! Unless the dealership could clarify this with the loan office, I was told It could get pushed thru, it was hopeful. Surely they took possession, I did not have the car when the late fees occurred. Well that noble, gentlemen call the GM, we all know him. Well that GM refused, it was not their fault, no way! He went beyond trying to right his wrong, he called that Veteran up and berated her over the phone, threatening her. It’s not polite to put the words of this character on this page, it’s a shame the owner does not know of his performance, this is why they have the reputation they do, they earned it on their despicable merit. The GM even went as far as to threaten me, called me names, and tried to tell me my disability was a lie! Go figure that. I almost lost my chance at home ownership and you can bet when I get the answer on this, I will go to the news, and spread the gospel word about the rude, sexist GM, the disrespect and vile words will not go unnoticed. I have filed an official complaint with the loan company and I I’ll not stop there. My next stop is the DA for the state, the BBB and on we go. This is the wrong he had a chance to fix, and mister GM decided to NOT!!! It is not over, I will be heard, and I hope everyone I tell can hear the anguish in my testimony. What’s ironic, everyone I have spoken to already has their own City Auto Plaza horrors, same management, different day. Thank you for giving me this opportunity, Denver here I come. They only get one star that is not even earned. More

Worst dealership ever From the minute I walked in there nobody wanted to help me I finally found somebody to help me and then when they found me where I found them I mean t From the minute I walked in there nobody wanted to help me I finally found somebody to help me and then when they found me where I found them I mean they sold me a truck that wouldn’t work for what I needed set it had trailer brakes it didn’t have trailer brakes the airbag light was going off within an hour of owning the truck tried to take it back they said I’m stuck with it I ended up letting the bank repossessed it that’s how bad the deal was the worst experience I’ve ever had my life and I bought several cars I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone if you do buy from them good luck and you will be sorry you bought from them More
Very poor service We have taken our 2014 Ram in for alignment 4 times this year. Each time our steering wheel would slowly go out of align. Each trip back in they claim We have taken our 2014 Ram in for alignment 4 times this year. Each time our steering wheel would slowly go out of align. Each trip back in they claimed they would loctite the adjustment bolts. They never did and a few weeks later the steering wheel would go out of alignment. Last trip in the alignment rack was out of service so they adjusted the toe in and said the truck was ready. Drive away from the dealer and steering wheel was still out of alignment. Tried calling the general manager 2 weeks ago left a message and no call back. Apparently they don’t care about customer service. With 7500 miles on our new tires they are worn out due to improper alignments. Took the truck into Big O tire in Canon for an alignment. The tech adjusted the alignment and loctited the adjuster clamp bolts. Common problem on Ram trucks. Truck finally drives straight again. You would think a Dodge dealer would perform better service on their own trucks than an independent garage. More
