This place used to be awesome when it was CDJR of Bellevue. Has gone extremly down hill since Auto Nation took over. The service department is a joke - Estimates are shams, timelines are always w Bellevue. Has gone extremly down hill since Auto Nation took over. The service department is a joke - Estimates are shams, timelines are always weeks off, and they don't even install new parts half the time. Had to continually bring the truck back to have parts they said they installed and charged me for but when you went to look was the old part. Service providers wont answer phone calls or text messages, ended up having to call the sales team to get someone to actually talk to. Escalated to the Supervisor and then Manager and none of them take Service or Customer's seriously. Tried to file a report with Dodge/Ram of America for a dispute of service and they couldn't because the dealership did not have record of taking my truck... as my truck was sitting on their lot for over two weeks "Being Actively Repaired" per my sales rep. Take your Car or truck to Rairdon's or another locally owned dealer before this group. I will be reporting them to the attorney general for mal practice. Feel like such a Karen but they were so extremely unprofessional unhelpful that I don't want anyone else to experience this. More
