Service was very quick - faster than expected. Rapid check-in and check-out. Everything was done professionally. Complimentary cab rides from and back to the service center. Their competitor Rairdon's d check-in and check-out. Everything was done professionally. Complimentary cab rides from and back to the service center. Their competitor Rairdon's do not offer free rides, and are very sloppy. The only downside with this Center is that they are booked up weeks in advance, so you really need to plan your maintenance in advance. More

I choose to pay premium, to have Jeep experts service my newer Wrangler. Third oil service with them. Appointment booked on phone but no record when I arrived - fit me in anyway. When I came to pick it up, newer Wrangler. Third oil service with them. Appointment booked on phone but no record when I arrived - fit me in anyway. When I came to pick it up, was told they couldn't do 5-tire rotation because they couldn't figure out how to remove the center brake light. I was surprised because this is a stock Rubicon - surely they've seen these before?? I showed the tech the plug at the light, and waited another half-hour before this was eventually completed. After driving the vehicle for the first time since the service, I later noticed oil on the ground under it. Lifted the hood and found that the oil filler plug was just sitting on top of the radiator (thankfully must have wedged there so wasn't lost), and the plastic engine cover just sitting there loosely, not actually reinstalled. I don't know what the actual source of the oil leak is as it doesn't appear to have been splashing out of the open oil filter. I would expect to find such an amateurish, inexperienced effort from a Jiffy Lube, much less a Jeep dealership. The service advisor Taylor was very, very friendly and did his best. The (unknown) tech - the worst "service" I've ever experienced, by far. Luckily there's other Jeep dealerships in the area, hopefully I'll have better luck with them. More
I have a new Jeep, the service is less than standard, I am not impressed at all. I am thinking of driving all the way to Portland, from Bellevue, to have my Jeep serviced. That is an inconvenient, and ri am not impressed at all. I am thinking of driving all the way to Portland, from Bellevue, to have my Jeep serviced. That is an inconvenient, and ridiculous to say the least. The service staff do not say thank you are short, curt and could really use some customer service training! I am so disappointed. More
Brought my Jeep in to complete routine maintenance. They had no access to my vehicle's history which has consistently been done at Jeep dealerships. (first time I ever encountered this). Service manager ga had no access to my vehicle's history which has consistently been done at Jeep dealerships. (first time I ever encountered this). Service manager gave me a verbal quote and had me sign it but never supplied me with the written copy. Having realized I had an appointment later, I tried to call to get a status and make arrangements regarding pickup. After 15 minutes of being looped back into the automated system, I was finally connected. When I had to call again, I went directly to the number on the business card and left a voicemail. No response to my voicemail. Service manager called the next day with an additional $1100 in needed repairs. Told him I could not afford it and asked what could be taken off. I told him I needed to keep the cost down and he said he would find some discounts. No followup communication from him. Received a text message from him saying he would get back to me with a proposal. Never heard back from him. Texted him that evening saying I was not authorizing the additional cost. Dug up my previous service from a different dealership which indicated the work he suggested had been done approximately 5k miles previously. It also had prices for the items to be addressed. Called the next day and went through the line item costs and verified the services previously suggested were being completed. Cost was approximately 150% more than quoted by the previous dealership. Agent indicated all of the work was completed and there were no discounts applied to the bill. Requested a call back from the service manager. No response. Called again at the end of the day and again got looped to the automated service. Called sales and told them my situation and they told me that service doesn't respond to them either so I shouldn't feel bad. Went in early the next morning and service manager told me he found a discount coupon online at their website. We had words, he denied texting me and told me they have an automated bot that sends out texts with his name on it. Hope this review helps you make a good decision for your vehicle. I'm going back to the other dealership because I want to upgrade my Jeep, but want a dealership with some integrity and honesty, who can communicate, be prompt and set clear expectations. More
Watch out, this dealer has double standard service if you use coupon for car service, your car will be serviced by a "non-master" technician with lower pay rate! I cannot guarantee if that technician if you use coupon for car service, your car will be serviced by a "non-master" technician with lower pay rate! I cannot guarantee if that technician knows the difference between gasoline or engine oil! Here was what happened to me: I was trying to use a standard Mopar coupon for a full synthetic oil change at the time of checkout. Very interesting things happened...The cashier did not allow me to use it and explained that I have to present the coupon at the time of the service order. I have been doing the same thing with another Jeep dealer without any problem, so I asked for an explanation. They asked the manager Tiffany and here is what she explained: If I use a coupon, they will bill a lower rate which would have distributed my service job to a "non-master" technician who has a lower pay rate. They even uses examples that if I pay less, they have to hire a "JixxxLube-level" technician to do the job. Ouch...This is shocking to me that this dealership or Mopar has such double standard to discriminate service jobs by whether customer uses coupon or not? OMG, this is unbelievable in today's industry... What's worse is this manager is a total denier...I asked her to write down this reason in paper so that I can use this to check with Mopar if this is company policy. She refused to record her words and reworded it to be "Service will need to be distributed accordingly when customer presents a coupon". She claimed they have used the "express lane" technicians who are all master-level. But listen, even the original service confirmation email said "express lane", I didn't even have a choice. At this point, I am extremely frustrated with this dealership. I think I will try to avoid AutoNation entirely in PNW. Guys, if you want to keep your cars for longer, make sure you can make more money so that you don't need to use coupon on them, or just move away! More
SCAMMERS is the only word I can find to describe my experience working with the service department. Don't trust these guys and absolutely don't come here if y is the only word I can find to describe my experience working with the service department. Don't trust these guys and absolutely don't come here if you don't have to. I purchased a backup camera to get installed with these guys. The only reason I didn't do it myself was because of convenience & it required the dealership to flash the radio unit in order for it to be able to receive the backup camera. What should have been only a 1.5 hr job turned into 5 days of them giving me a bunch of B.S. and saying they needed to run tests to figure out why they were unable to get the camera to work. Ultimately they could not complete the job, returned my car WITHOUT a working backup camera, AND still had the audacity to charge me for labor!!! This is coming from the Manager -- clearly they would rather have a few hundred dollars in their pocket vs now losing a customer for life. They said if I still wanted it to work, I need to buy a new radio that costs over $1000!!! because their conclusion was that the radio is faulty. That i would have to buy the same model radio when everything else worked because they tested the camera on another car, triple checked the wiring, ran all diagonistics...etc. AND they gave me the guarantee that if I purchased this $1k radio that it will for sure work. I took the car home, spent 30 min opening up the dash to check wiring going into the radio unit and immediately saw they connected the wiring to the radio harness incorrectly. So it took me 1 minute to fix that and then it worked!!! I WONDER IF THEY DID THIS ON PURPOSE TO MAKE ME SPEND MORE MONEY KNOWING FULL WELL WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND LYING TO ME. Seems like a crazy coincidence when you figure they seemed very confident and even gave me a FULL guarantee that buying a new radio unit would be the solution. These guys are sneaky and UNTRUSTWORTHY More
They price gouge on service repairs. After paying over $200 for a check engine light report I was quoted $521 for repairs. I had to asked twice for a detailed quote breaking out parts an After paying over $200 for a check engine light report I was quoted $521 for repairs. I had to asked twice for a detailed quote breaking out parts and labor. Being an untrained Chrysler mechanic, I was able to replace both parts in under an hour with OEM parts sourced at 2/3rd the cost of the parts quoted by Chris. I understand Dealership shops are expensive to operate, but $422.64 in labor seems out of line. The service sales rep was Chris Rider. I recommend using another dealer or independent mechanic. More
