Chris Ridder was 5 star, 2 week Project on 2011 Grand Cherokee and problems getting warranty approval. My experience is mostly with this service department. I would highly suggest never using them. My problems start with with failure to answer their phone, give updates and have any clue what is going on wit would highly suggest never using them. Outside of their terrible customer service their actual mechanics are idiots. Went in for a oil change(free jeep wave) and the over filled by a full quart. That much over will cause damage to your engine. If they can't do a simple oil change don't expect them to fix anything else. They also tried fixing some other issues I had but it seemed like everything was broken and they just randomly replace parts. My jeep is more broken than when I first took it in for warranty work. This dealer is scamming people and terrible to work with. More
