This review is solely for the service department at Bellevue Jeep. They received two stars partly because I have such favorable views of my purchase experience with the sales group. Yesterday was my fi Bellevue Jeep. They received two stars partly because I have such favorable views of my purchase experience with the sales group. Yesterday was my first oil change and when I called to make the appointment I asked if they could also check out a rattling noise. When I mentioned it again yesterday upon checking my vehicle in the service rep seemed annoyed I would ask about it, but said they could take a quick look. When my oil change was done, I approached the same service rep because no one called or came to get me and asked if everything was done. He was obviously annoyed again because I had taken him away from screentime on his phone. He barely looked at me and just replied in an annoyed tone, "I'm sure he can help you down there", and motioned toward the desk where you apparently check out. I'm not sure he even took his eyes or fingers off his phone. Then, I was signing paperwork and I asked what they found with the rattling noise. This rep seemed unaware of it but assured me he was sure everything was just fine. I told him everything wasn't just fine and that there was a persistent rattling noise I could reproduce for him right now if he'd like. He read the note that I had asked about the noise ahead of time and went to get the service mechanic. Of course the mechanic stated everything was fine as well. After a little discussion the service rep agreed that I should have been booked for a diagnosis appointment instead of just an express oil change appointment. It would've been nice if they would've been more upfront about this instead of giving me the runaround. It would've been great service if they would've found a few minutes to actually take a look and tighten up whatever is loose. But, I will have to make another appointment and another trip in there for that it seems. More
The highlight of working with Anastasia was her ability to communicate with me every step of the way. Scheduling was a little bit messy for me but she kept me in the loop for the entire process. She helped me apply a last minute coupon that I found in my inbox and explained every detail of the cars bones after the health check. I super appreciated all of her help and every one else that helped me through the process of servicing my new-to-me car! This is now the second Jeep I've had serviced here and it certainly won't be my last. The best! More

Estimated time of repair was vague and drawn out without real explanation. It went from 5 days to 6 days, then 8 days, then maybe 10 days, but probably 12 days, actually 15 days. I had a great experience with the service department. The advisors explained the situation in detail and ensured that my concerns were addressed.
