I went there for my Jeep's 30K service. The advisor (Rodney) was very thorough and explained what has been already done within the last year and what was needed during this service. DO NOT take your car to get serviced here! I took my 100k Hellcat here, not only did they put a gash in my wrap on the fender but joy rode my car for over 33 miles! spoke to multiple managers I took my 100k Hellcat here, not only did they put a gash in my wrap on the fender but joy rode my car for over 33 miles! spoke to multiple managers and provided video and photo evidence with time stamps to prove it happened when they had my car, and each time they said they would get back to me and handle it, and all of them went dark on me and never called. They do not treat their customers well here and I will be reaching out to their insurance and also considering legal action. Extremely frustrating, because I never had a problem when I took my car here for servicing before and then out of no where they just started treating me like crap. Do not take your car here! This place treats their customers bad and will also damage your vehicle. Rodney Moore was my service advisor and he completely went dark on me and stopped responding to any of my texts or calls - I simply just wanted fixed what they were responsible for and they couldn't even do that, not to mention made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. 0/10 stars for service l! In past I have really good experience, this time they tried to totally rip off. They didnt even diagnose correct issue, Labor charge for $550 for $50 part change.
