Needed an oil change and got the 20K service at the same time. Cost was reasonable, if not a little high. Definitely higher than the what I had anticipated paying, just going in for an oil change, but I w time. Cost was reasonable, if not a little high. Only complaint I have is, there was obviously some oil spilled and not cleaned up. Had a strong burnt oil smell coming through the ventilation for several miles. For 3 weeks my Promaster 3500 sat on the dealer lot waiting for a technician. When finally done, I was charged a "discovery fee plus a repair fee to replace an idler pully for over $500. I've recently tried the Express Oil Service @ Dodge Bellevue for the first time. It will be the last. It seemed the service rep (A. Rojas) was either having a difficult day, or he was just unhappy wi Bellevue for the first time. It will be the last. It seemed the service rep (A. Rojas) was either having a difficult day, or he was just unhappy with his job. He was not only unfriendly, but borderline rude. Had I not already decided I needed the oil service for my RAM pick up that day, I would have just left. Adding insult to injury, I was told the service was going to take 45mins, so I decided to wait. One hour and a half later, after not hearing anything from anyone, I went to inquire directly with A. Rojas. Turns out my vehicle had already been serviced, but he did not bother to notify me. He knew I was waiting in the customer lobby. BTW, the invoice was 2x what I could have paid elsewhere for an oil change. But that was not the issue. My problem is the poor customer service I received. After more than 15yrs of bringing my vehicles to this dealership for service and maintenance, I have serious doubts I'll be returning to Dodge Bellevue. More
Chris Rider helped me and his Manager was nice and let me wait with Chris as my truck was repaired . The tech Explained everything after the repair as did Chris prior to that .Once again , Perfect work and n wait with Chris as my truck was repaired .
