Tried to over charge me on my service. I paid for oil changes when I purchased my car and they did not check this with my vehicle vin number. I have to remind the service tech this every time I get my car serviced there, Also, this was the 2nd time I went in to see why the engine light was on. I was told it was fixed and 10 miles down the road after I picked up my car it came on again. Pathetic. More
Went in for scheduled service, filter, oil, and tire rotation. On the trip home I had to open the window as the burning oil smell inside was horrendous! When I got home I opened the hood and there was oil all over the drivers side of the engine compartment. In checking the oil level via dipstick, it is almost two quarts low! In the years past this Bellevue Jeep location has done a great job and is why I keep going back, plus it is close to home. Not so sure I will do so in the future. I have cleaned up the mess and plan on stopping at the dealership and asking for two quarts of oil, that I will add myself! It will be interesting to see if they comply. Plus, I have been calling the parts department for almost two hours today, with no one answering the phone. On the bright side, the Express Lane advisor was pleasant and helpful. They even did a recall for faulty floormat, and ordered a replacement. Hence why I am trying to reach the parts department via telephone. Roland Black 2018 TrackHawk More
Brought my minivan in for an oil change and I was asked if I was going to wait and I replied yes. The guy told me he would get me as soon as it was finished. I noticed my car in the parking lot about 30 mi if I was going to wait and I replied yes. The guy told me he would get me as soon as it was finished. I noticed my car in the parking lot about 30 min after I sat down; I assumed they hadn't started on it yet. Then I noticed that my van was just sitting there, so I figured they were really busy and they'd eventually get to it. The guy who greeted me came 45 min later telling me that the job was done. I told him that I noticed my car sitting there for 45 min and he apologized and said that he's been very busy. I think that my time should have been better respected and he should've tried to expedite things, especially knowing that I was waiting. More
