Came in for repair of A/C for my 2017 Pacifica with recharge of refrigerant but the estimate was about $800 which is more than two times higher than estimates from other repair shops. I went to the dealership for an oil change and service. I did not need everything listed on the service recommendations and chose which services I wanted completed. The employee who checked me in was polit I did not need everything listed on the service recommendations and chose which services I wanted completed. The employee who checked me in was polite and said he would send me a list of the remaining recommended services; I never received that info. The appointment email advises the car would be sanitized which it was not, however I was given a car wash ticket. Maybe that is in lieu of sanitizing? In my last few interactions with this dealership I have left feeling shafted & all they want is the money. More
