I had a great experience with Rodney at check in and through the repair process. Rodney was clear on the process, communication approach and accommodating to my schedule. The people in the service center were extremely nice when I arrived and treated me with kindness and respect. The reason for the 2 star review is because of communication after I dropped my van off. I had an appointment at 9am on a Friday for oil change/rotation. I asked them to look at another minor issue as well if they could fit it in (also noted when I made the appointment)--they said no problem but said they'd need to keep the van until Monday evening instead of a few hours for just the oil change/rotation. When I inquired around 4pm on Monday whether the van was ready, I was told it hadn't been started on--oil change or my other issue, and said it wouldn't be done until Tuesday now. This would have been fine had they updated me during the process, saying they were delayed and hadn't started. However, my husband and I had already planned our Monday and Tuesday around the pickup of the van so it was extremely annoying to find out last minute that we wouldn't have it. Communicate earlier with your customers so you meet their expectations. The world is slower right now, but when something that is normally expected to take 1 hour, takes 5 days, that needs to be communicated upfront. More
