I have been coming to AutoNation for service on my RAM ProMaster Van since I purchased the van in 2016. I have dealt with a number of service reps. All of them have been friendly and helpful. They also just decided that I should know at this point servicing needed would take 2 days. That I would have to rent a car but they weren't going to provide the rental. The work was finally done but it too 5 days instead of two. I felt they ought to have told me of the extended week long service on the 1st appointment set. The quote came out to 3600.00. I wasn't happy with how they handled this in addition they stole a figurine from my car and when approached about it they were flippant and never offered to replace my things. So not happy with them. More

Horrible service department. You're bounced around on their phone tree and they don't return calls. We had to physically go to the location to get help and when you gave them the You're bounced around on their phone tree and they don't return calls. We had to physically go to the location to get help and when you gave them the feedback about their phone service, they acted like they didn't care. When the car was there, the wrong part was either ordered or received. It took several back and forth texts with the service consultant to get the information they should have provided with their initial text. We will look for a new service location for warranty service work. More
