Made appointment at 10:15am Saturday for oil change waiting onsite. It took 3.5 hours to complete. Got radio problem, asked to just reset power from it, hoping it will "fix" that obviously low quali waiting onsite. It took 3.5 hours to complete. I have bought four cars here ant the Bellevue location over the past ten years, and I take them here for service. The service staff has changed frequently during this time. The staff that was effective and worked toward the customer’s benefit are always the ones you don’t want to see go. Recently, restoration has been made to the dealership. One change I noticed was no red, blue, green team. I like this. As long as you have an appointment and are being helped, or a customer representative is asking you if you need help at anytime of your visit, that’s the most important to me. And this service department meets those expectations for me as a customer. During my last visit, I received a text of the dirty air cabin filter from my vehicle, which must be a new procedure because I’ve never received picture texts from a service rep during prior visits. I was expecting that service rep to come talk to me about replacing it, but after a some time I noticed my vehicle sitting in a parking space outside the service bay. I enquired about my vehicle with another service rep and found that my vehicle was ready to go. This service rep helped me check out. At that point I didn’t question why the original service rep didn’t come talk to me or offered to check me out. At the time I noticed they were busy with another customer. There could have been other circumstances too, that I don’t have knowledge of. Thank you Marcelino for stepping up and helping me. Thank you for your card. They also 'upsold' me on multiple services that I recognized after the fact were all performed within the last six month and thus did not need to be done at all.
