Not your typical sales person. He listens, is low pressure and helps you find what you need / want in a car. He is an advocate for the consumer and is very relaxed. As a side note, we had brought our kids with us and while we were with the finance guy signing papers he took our kids (6 and 4) and watched them for us for about 20 min. He was very good with them and let them play with his car collection. Since purchasing a car is a large investment we were glad we found David. He makes you feel relaxed and doesn't pressure you to do something you don't want to do. The dealership is very clean and all the sales people were very polite and professional. They were always there to open doors for you and made you feel welcome. As a side note: It is their policy to talk to the sales manager and Wally was not very professional. He was a very much "in your face type manager". If he was the first person we spoke to we would have been out of there. Dave and I sent a few emails back and forth and agreed upon a price and a trade in price. I wanted a specific jeep model that was no where around. In fact, I had visited a number of dealers in town who ultimately were trying to get Dave's jeep. The internet makes it easy to find which dealer has the car you are looking for. Anyhow, I drove to Bellevue to pick it up. Dave was very friendly and showed me around the lot while paperwork was being completed. In addition, I had an issue with taxes as Washington State did not do licensing for Idaho. This is where state tax is taken. I had an issue with the sales tax being removed from the price, but when I mentioned it, Dave quickly cleared it up, no questions asked...no hassle whatsoever. The manager came over and adjusted price for sales tax. This was exceptional. I had no idea what I was in for regarding financing. I got in on a Friday so all the banks were closed, but they wrote papers up with an acceptable rate. Anyhow, the next day, Saturday morning, I get a call from the dealer saying they found me a better loan for more than half of the original rate! This saved me $2K! I ran in to sign papers again and off I went. Thanks, Dave! I couldn't be happier! More

They have not provided any customer support after the sale. They messed up our paperwork twice, lost our license plates, and Wally was very rude to us when we continued to call to get this resolved. I have left messages with the title clerk, talked to Terry and Hal as well with no resolution. They always tell us to call tomorrow or call Monday or promise to call us back after they look into it and we have yet to get a resolution from anybody. We purchased the vehicle on August 15th and it is now September 22nd and still no resolution. The sales team was great with the purchase of the vehicle, but now that the sale is complete, everyone seems to have the mentality that they no longer have to deal with us. More
