I came in with a lot of work to be done on our Jeep, knowing it might be impossible to get everything completed. Piper worked with me to identify what to prioritize to meet my schedule as I could not le knowing it might be impossible to get everything completed. Piper worked with me to identify what to prioritize to meet my schedule as I could not leave the car overnight. She kept me up to date throughout the day and even brought me a yogurt. She then talked me through a plan to get the rest of the work done. I've been coming here for 8 years and this was my best visit by far. More
