Last week I had an appointment at 2:00 for an oil change. When I arrived I was told it could be 2-2 1/2 hours before they could get to it. That I found totally unacceptable. A simple phone call explaining would have saved me wasted trip! Today was much more pleasant and they basically took me right in! More

I naught a 5 year maintenance contract. Make sure you check all their work. Twice they did not rotate tires when the service report said yes.
