Had to tow my daily driver on a saturday night due to an issue not covered by warranty. It took them almost a week to find what parts needed and to order them then there is delay in getting parts. I completely understand that they are busy and have delay in getting parts, my issue is that service advisor was always very rude, whether its while checking in car or going there to check on status. After enduring this for almost 2 weeks, I called to check on status, he asked not to call and dealership is not interested in keeping my vehicle they will let me know when its done in a very rude tone. Obviously as its my daily driver I want to know when it is done so that I can get back to work or plan accordingly. That was the last straw which made me take the vehicle out from that dealership (paid 110$ as they towed to their shop next door) I was regular customer of this dealership and haven't had this kind of experience earlier. Haven't seen such a rude behavior with ANY dealer. Would recommend Rairdon's dealership in Kirkland for service needs, even though their prices are same as this dealer, they at least treat their customers with respect. More
