I had my Ram truck serviced here and cannot say enough about the friendly staff and quality of work. I also purchased my truck here a couple years ago and the high level of service has always been top not about the friendly staff and quality of work. Great experience from start to finish. Meh. . I was recently hit by a drunk driver and my car was totaled. I spent a few days in Harborview and eventually I found the replacement car that I want . I was recently hit by a drunk driver and my car was totaled. I spent a few days in Harborview and eventually I found the replacement car that I wanted on the internet down in CA. I called AutoNation CDRJ in Bellevue and handed them the deal. They shipped it up and called me a week later. I had already been pre-approved for financing at BECU and through their in-house form. As I was in a lot of pain, and since my wife was taking time to come in with me and drive me home in it I was assured that this would be a quick one hour appointment. It was not. Mitchell, my salesperson, was great though he at one point told me that I’d need my original SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (that had never been brought up before). What the heck? And then he tells me that there’s one more deal in front of me for finance.should be a 1/2 hour. Fine. I’m in pain but I can handle it if I’m next. Almost TWO HOURS LATER, we get the honor of signing the papers. The pushy finance guy from the outset annoys me, “It takes a while to buy a car.” Why?!? Why does it take so long? He tries to sell me a whole bunch of crap I don’t want, as a way to justify his job. Then he tells me that they had three walk-ins they put in line in front of me. Me, the guy in the leg brace, grimacing in pain and discomfort. Me, who brought this deal to them. Me, the ONLY guy with an APPOINTMENT that day. So, my appointment and my time and discomfort didn’t register with these guys. I won’t buy another vehicle this way. They got me to write this review by spamming me offering a chance to win a free gas card. The car I got was electric. Enough said. More
