My Jeep came to Auto Nation Jeep for a service engine light as well as the transmission was shifting poorly. The service manager was completely misinformed and uneducated in all aspects. I should have had a one-stop shop and instead I've had to take my vehicle to three different places. I have an extended warranty which should have covered everything the service manager was not educated enough about the topic and the repair to complete this job. I was charged $1,000 for spark plugs and sent on my way The engine light came on immediately after leaving and the transmission still jerked. While my vehicle was there for 2 weeks I did not even receive a courtesy call for the first 5 days of this process. I left multiple messages and tried to contact the dealership every day so that I could get a rental car while my car was being fixed. They offered no rental car as well. As a result I ended up taking the bus as I live in this state alone. My insurance covers a rental car but I needed the service manager to at least give a proper diagnosis. My insurance stated clearly that there wasn't even a proper diagnosis so as a result I rental car couldn't even be issued. When I did finally speak with the service manager he didn't have any idea as to what was happening in all of the processes. Specifically he had no idea what my warranty was or how to apply knowledge to complete this process using the warranty so that I could have my vehicle back in a timely fashion. I was also told it was not the transmission and that because the engine needed a tune up that the misfire would be misjudged as the jerking. I am a SC certified I just happened to be a union carpenter. I'm very well aware of what codes mean and the difference between the two. The customer service at this place is probably the worst I've ever experienced and I've lived on both coasts and multiple cities. I would not recommend you getting your vehicle serviced here. Even though this is in Bellevue considered one of the nicest places around the customer service and support is pretty much non-existent. More

I went to service center, the waiting time was more than 20 mins with appointment. There is no one came to talk to me. I was waiting in the line. Later, I gave my car for service. Promised pickup time was 4 20 mins with appointment. There is no one came to talk to me. I was waiting in the line. Later, I gave my car for service. Promised pickup time was 4pm. But, I didn't got any call or text regarding the update. I walked to the center from my office in Bellevue downtown to their center. They said sorry we missed to update and car won't be ready until the next day. I own car for like 15 years now, I never gave my car for more than a day for service. The next day, I picked up the car. I asked them to fix just one thing during the service. After a week, I found that they didn't fixed that. I have to take the car back again. Good thing is that they covered the Lyft ride back & forth home. But, it was still hard to drop & pickup my kids from school without car. Not to mention, my car buying experience was also bad here. They were kind and didn’t pressure me or follow me around the lot while I was looking for a vehicle. Repaired my vehicle perfectly but my service rep has zero customer service skills. When I called later to get an update it was as if I was talking to a computer. Same way when I picked up my car. Extremely difficult to get through to service center by phone. After two months of waiting for warranty parts that never came (probably not the dealer's fault) we retrieved our vehicle. Whoever drove it must have driven it like a crazy person, because items had gone flying around in the back of the vehicle. When we took it in the tank was full; when we picked it up the tank was so empty we barely made it to the nearest gas station. We suspect the gas was siphoned while parked on the lot -- not the dealer's fault, but beware, and lock your gas cap if you can. More
