Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I've had bad experiences at other CDJR dealerships in the area so that was a welcome change. I knew the cost of my car when I ordered but the dealership just would not even speculate on finance, trade or lease estimates until the vehicle arrived (this was over the course of the 4 month period from order to delivery). I know these are sales tactics, but they were quite annoying nonetheless. The only other critique I had was that I was promised biweekly and then weekly updates on the progress of the order, of which I received only one. I was sorely disappointed in the dealership. I needed a part for my Trackhawk and had one of their guys order it. It turned out to be the wrong part, so I checked with another person who ordered I needed a part for my Trackhawk and had one of their guys order it. I know these things happen, but what I don't appreciate is being dragged around for 3+ months trying and fighting to get a legitimate refund on my $100!!! This is poor management manifesting itself. My service tech, Rodney Moore is over the top professional with customer service. The rest of the employees at Bellevue Dodge should emulate his persona. I bought a brand new 2022 Wagoneer and they added almost $10k in extended warranties and over charged me 4 times the amount due for my license plates and registration. I cancelled all the nonsense warranties and am being charged interest on them because the dealer is taking forever to send the reimbursement money to the finance company. This is unacceptable. Also, no one at the dealer can help me figure out how to use the passenger screen above the glove box and instead told me to find a utube video to watch. More
