Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I've had bad experiences at other CDJR dealerships in the area so that was a welcome change. I knew the cost of my car when I ordered but the dealership just would not even speculate on finance, trade or lease estimates until the vehicle arrived (this was over the course of the 4 month period from order to delivery). I know these are sales tactics, but they were quite annoying nonetheless. The only other critique I had was that I was promised biweekly and then weekly updates on the progress of the order, of which I received only one. However when I reached out for an update I always received a prompt response. More

I was sorely disappointed in the dealership. I needed a part for my Trackhawk and had one of their guys order it. I bought a brand new 2022 Wagoneer and they added almost $10k in extended warranties and over charged me 4 times the amount due for my license plates and registration.
