Really should have been a 5 star review, but the quality of work was substandard. I had a sunroof spontaneously shatter (no object hitting it that we can tell). The dealer was fantastic at getting us a rental car and covered replacing the window at no cost. Aside from taking a while to get finished, the service seemed to be top notch. Unfortunately, when I got the vehicle home, I found the car had quite a bit of glass still on the seats and floors, with large chunks under the seats. Worse, the headliner is full of glass that rattles and rolls when driving. Called the service manager twice after to give an opportunity to fix - no one returned my call. If they had called me back and offered to clean up the glass in the headliner, I would have given some slack and still provided a 5 star review. But, given I am now having to figure this out on my own, I can't give a great review. Since they did cover the replacement glass and provided a rental car, I'm giving a reluctant 4 star review. Edit 3/10/2023 - Unfortunately still no call back from dealer, so lowering rating to 2 stars. More
