It has been absolutely a nightmare to me. As a 15 year Dodge Nitro owner, I have never been treated like this at the dealership or any other places. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a 15 year Dodge Nitro owner, I have never been treated like this at the dealership or any other places. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. Phase 1: I sent my car in to the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Bellevue Service department to fix an issue with my Dodge Nitro’s battery dies within or less than a week. The service advisor texted me after some diagnosis and provided me with an estimate for the “Battery w/ Positive and Negative Terminals – Replacement” service and a few more other services they recommended. I went ahead and agreed on the services. After a few days, I got a text saying the car was ready for pickup so my wife and I went to the dealership on 11/21/2022. When checking the car, we noticed that there were some damages (dents and scratches) on the rear bumper. I was really sad about it since it was very close to Thanksgiving and this was supposed to fix the battery issue and now it added an unexpected one. We reported it to the service advisor right away who then told the service manager about it. The service manager took a look at the damages and the Before-picture we took on the day I dropped the car to the dealership on. He gave me his card and said that they would make me an appointment with the AutoNation Collision Center and would cover the cost to repair the damages. I paid for the services done to the vehicle and drove it home waiting for the service advisor to call me for the repair appointment. Phase 2: The next day, I texted the service advisor but did not get any response so I did it again the day after that. Finally, I got a text back saying he had made me an appointment for 12/23/2022 for the repair estimate. Also, he noted in the appointment that they were going to cover the cost in the text message. Yes, I needed to wait for a month for this and the date is just one day before Christmas Eve. After a month of waiting, I went to the repair estimate appointment and the staff there said they had the note the service advisor put in and told me not to worry about it as they would cover it as promised. The estimator at AutoNation Collision Center told me to go back home as she needed to confirm with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Bellevue Service department to make sure they would cover the cost. I did. The nightmare did not end there. Guess what, after about another week of waiting, I got a call back from her saying they could not proceed with the repair because the service advisor was no longer with the company and the service manager at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Bellevue now wanted to talk to me about it. What???? After so much frustration and waiting, this still can not be taken care of so my frustration continued. Phase 3: I then was patiently waiting again for a call or an email from the service manager but did not get anything after two days. I thought it was because it was year-end and/or the beginning of the year so he might be out. So on 1/2/2023 Monday , I started to call the service department Main number hoping to get a hold of the service manager. No one answered the call. I then called his Direct number and was immediately directed to voicemail so I left a voice message. I also left an email to the service manager. Since that day, I have been trying to reach out to him via various ways (Main number, Direct number, Mobile number, Email – These contacts are listed on his card) multiple times every day. There were two times someone from the service department picked up the call and let me know the service manager was not available (in a meeting or was not at the shop) at the moment. I asked them to let him know to call and/or email me back. It’s 1/10/2023 Tuesday now and I still have not got any response back. Not sure how much longer this can take. More
Chris in service is fantastic, he called to tell me my part was in, he scheduled me that day and said it wouldn’t take long so I could wait there. Within an hour it was done and I was on my way.
